Porcelain lithophane night light. A ''lithophane'' is an etched carving in porcelain. When lit from behind, the light shining through the different thicknesses of the carving causes a highly detailed image to appear, almost magically. I was inspired by M.C. Escher for this multilayered and multidimensional image. Fish in teh still water, leaves floating on the water, trees reflected in teh water. Beautiful!
